Assertive Verbal Skills: Developing Assertiveness

Do you have a hard time saying "no" to others? Do you feel the need to please everyone? Do you struggle with being firm or direct? Is expressing anger or disappointment sometimes difficult for you? Do you have a hard time accepting compliments or criticism? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this course is for you.
