In today's world, the traditional command and control style of leadership is no longer viable. It's an absolute necessity for managers to provide support and guidance, in addition to providing directives and assigning tasks. In this series, we're going to teach you how to incorporate the "leader as a coach" mindset into your leadership or management style. You'll learn about several different coaching skills models that are used for specific coaching situations, and how to use them to raise your game as a leader.
