Vulnerabilities as Strengths

In the past, the workplace hasn't always made space for vulnerability. Establishing an image of strength, power, and perfection has dominated professional culture for a long time. Dr. Brene Brown, an author and professor at the University of Houston, reminds people that, "Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change." It turns out that companies are seriously holding themselves back if they aren't encouraging people to embrace their vulnerabilities to help the company grow. In this program, we'll talk further about vulnerability: what is it and why it's beneficial to address.
