In this course,we'll look at the landmark cases that helped define workplace sexual harassment anddiscrimination laws in the United States, which have come a long way. These casesinclude Williams v. Saxbe, Bundy v. Jackson, Anita Hill v. Clarence Thomas, the Tailhookscandal, and Gretchen Carlson v. Roger Ailes.
